Your order can be tracked through the entire production process - and when we ship to you, you will get delivery tracking notifications!

Our standard delivery time is 5 days production time and 2 days in transit - Total of 7 days' from the date of your order.

Delivery & Tracking


We use Royal Mail for all orders aside from orders that weigh 2kg and above which are then sent using Parcel Force. Both of these services are sent using the 48hr tracked delivery service. Our production leadtime is specified as 5 working days, not including delivery which can take up to 2 days.

Delivery for all orders is charged at £4.99 including VAT. You will be notified when your order is despatched by email.

Please note that parcels sent using these services are subject to the courier companies' saturation when delivering your parcels - in some cases you may experience a delay.

All items are fully shrink wrapped to protect your product in transit. When buying 1-2 A3 Double Page Calendars or A4 Wall these will be dispatched in envelopes as well as 1-3 A5 Desktop Calendars but you do have the option to pay extra for a book-wrap, all other quantities and products will be sent in a book-wrap or box.

Business & Residential Deliveries

We can despatch your items to business or residential addresses. Our standard turnaround time is set by the website and will be shown after your proof has been approved. We use a 'signed for' service - this will require the delivery address to be manned, please bear this in mind when providing an address. If you are having a parcel delivered and you are not in, you will be provided options to have your parcels delivered to a neighbour or for delivery to a 'Safe Location' - these options become available to you when you receive your delivery notification.

Remote, Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Europe

All orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, and remote parts of Scotland will be subject to an extended lead time due to transport time to your area.Delivery to remote areas are put on an extended delivery by the courier, please allow 2-3 days for any remote deliveries to be delivered. This will be in addition to your expected turnaround date given when you place your order.

Delivery Conditions

If a parcel is late or is misdirected, there is an infrastructure to track the parcel with your delivery notification. Please note we are not responsible for delivery timeframes, these are dictated by the company providing the service. If the network we send your parcels with has potential delays, you may see ths affect your delivery timeframe.

We will endeavour to help and assist you in every way possible in the case of missing or late delivery, but some circumstances are simply out of our control.
